The UK's premier FREE Developer conference returns in 2018 to its home in Reading once again!

DDD is a free one day technical event for developers. First formed as a conference in 2005, DDD has generated many spin-offs across the UK and the world, as far afield as Melbourne and Perth.

The conference is envisioned as a day of learning, discussion, contribution and involvement in the community, from across the UK. Its goal is to provide free technical education, with the added benefit of the networking possibilities with peers and the development of relationships across the .NET Industry! During it’s more than 10-year history, it has nurtured talented speakers, who have gone on to become Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals, Microsoft FTEs and to present at National and International Conferences.

Once again this year, on 23 June, DDD will be returning to it birthplace in Reading at Thames Valley Park!

DDD is back for 2018!

We are delighted to announce that DDD returns to Reading, this time on Saturday 23rd June. Always a highlight of the developer community calendar, DDD is back where it all started, hosted at Microsoft's UK HQ at Thames Valley Park in Reading. We are really looking forward to this year's event, and the call for speakers is now open! Please make sure you submit a session early to be in with a chance of speaking.

Speakers! Speakers! Speakers!

Remember, you don't have to be a regular speaker to submit a session, we do welcome first-timers. DDD is all about sharing and educating and encouraging everyone to have a go. Why not join us at the place where it all started? Please do let us know if this is your first speaking engagement too! We are hoping to do something to help first time speakers, so please watch this space.

Plus, sponsors! Please email for details on how you can support this great event.

Designer! Designer! Designer!

This year we are planning to run a parallel event, focused on designers in the industry, running on the same day, in another theatre at Thames Valley Park. We will release more details as soon as we have managed to pin it all down.
